National champion Messiah draws two slots
Led by three-time recipient Colleen Wirtz (Denison/Westerville, Ohio), 10 players earned repeat honors with their selection to the 2005 NSCAA/adidas Women’s Division III All-America Team.

Messiah College, which posted an undefeated season to claim the NCAA title, placed two players on the squad: senior midfielder Hannah Levesque (Bowdoin, Maine) on the first team and defender Sarah Hibshman (Lebanon, Pa.) on the second team.

Wirtz and Levesque were joined as multiple selections by Jennifer Binger (Wheaton [Ill.]/Belvidere, Ill.), Annie Borton (Macalester/Berkeley, Calif.), Jacqui DeLeon (Chicago/Mission Viejo, Calif.), Liz Gillette (Denison/Mentor, Ohio), Seraphine Hamilton (William Smith/Trenton, N.J.), Courtney Kjar (Puget Sound/Sandy, Utah), Kim Vaughan (Lynchburg/Baltimore, Md.) and Mary Velan (Oneonta State/Stamford, N.Y.).

The 33 honorees will be invited to the NSCAA All-America Luncheon, which will be held on Saturday, Jan. 21, as part of the 2006 NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia, Pa.
