| Take Part in a World Record Attempt at the 2009 Convention |
Passback is a joint effort between the U.S. Soccer Foundation and Eurosport to collect new and gently used soccer equipment and redistribute it to those in need. For additional information, please visit www.passback.org.
In an effort to raise awareness about Passback, the Foundation is planning to break the World Record for the Longest Chain of Shoes at the 2009 NSCAA Convention (held in St. Louis, MO, January 14–18). The current record stands at 10,500 shoes so in order to break the record, we will need to collect and display over 5,250 pairs.
We have already collected thousands of pairs of cleats through Passback, which will be shipped to St. Louis prior to the Convention, but in order to reach our goal and break the record, we need your help!
There are a few ways you can help:
1) Bring cleats with you to the NSCAA Convention, if you’re attending.
2) Send cleats to the following address no later than December 1, 2008 (so we have plenty of time to get them to St. Louis for the Convention):
