Five Earn Third Selection to Youth Girls All-America Team

Five players earned honors for the third time with the announcement of the 2008 NSCAA/adidas Girls Youth All-America Team.

Amber Brooks (New Hope, Pa.), Kristen Mewis (Hanson, Mass.), Molly Pathman (Durham, N.C.), Bri Rodriguez (Aurora, Ill.) and Allie Vernon (Homer Glen, Ill.) all were named to the team for the third consecutive year. A total of 19 other players gained recognition for the second time.

The All-America selections were recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, held in St. Louis, Mo., on Jan. 17, as part of the 2009 NSCAA Convention.
