Fourteen players earned repeat honors with the announcement of the 2009 NSCAA/adidas Boys Youth All-America Team.
Both last year's and this year's National Players of the Year were named as repeat selections. The 2009 National Player of the Year, Jack McInerney (Cobb SC/Alpharetta, Ga.), was joined by the 2008 National Player of the Year, Earl Edwards (Nomads SC/San Diego, Calif.). Four clubs each had two players named to the squad: Crossfire Premier, DC United Academy, Red Bulls Academy and West Pines United FC.

The All-America selections were recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, held Jan. 16, 2010, in Philadelphia, Pa., as part of the 2010 NSCAA Convention.
