More than 350 applicants vied for a position as the next great soccer coach, submitting their credentials for the NSCAA 30 Under 30 program. The Association announced today the 15 men and 15 women who will participate in inaugural edition of the program.

Launched earlier this summer, 30 Under 30 is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity for a select few up-and-comers who have made soccer coaching their career of choice. This program was created to support fledgling coaches and foster their growth at a crucial point in their vocation.

Casey Brown


  • Organization: Boston University Women's Soccer
  • Coaching Role: Assistant Coach
  • Playing Background: Represented Massachusetts in the ODP program for five years. Played collegiately for Boston University, leading her team to four NCAA tournaments and three conference championships. Played in the WPS for the Boston Breakers.

Jamie Meshew

  • Playing Background: Played soccer since age 5. Played Select Youth Club Soccer, High School soccer, and was part of the Olympic Development Program.
