Thirty Coaches Pegged as the Profession's Next Generation through the
NSCAA 30 Under 30 Program

More than 600 applicants vied for a position as the next great soccer coach, submitting their credentials for the NSCAA 30 Under 30 Program, and today, the Association announced the 15 men and 15 women who will participate in the 2014-15 cohort of the program.

This group of coaches come from every level of the game, from the youth game through the professional ranks. The program is designed to give the participants exposure to the NSCAA membership, and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings, such as courses, the Convention, and the Summer Symposium.

Launched in 2013, the NSCAA 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity for a select few up-and-comers who have made soccer coaching their career of choice. This program was created to support fledgling coaches and foster their growth at a crucial point in their vocation.
