A team may not have received any (0) Red Cards at any time during the season. The “season” includes all regular season and play-off contests.
- Gold Award .................................0 Yellow Cards, 0 Red Cards
- Silver Award................................1-5 Yellow Cards, 0 Red Cards
- Bronze Award..............................6-10 Yellow Cards, 0 Red Cards

Nomination must be signed by Head Coach and the Athletics Director or his/her designee.
