NSCAA Youth National and Regional Coaches of the Year
The NSCAA is dedicated to recognizing quality youth coaches at the regional and national levels through its NSCAA Youth Coach of the Year program. We need your help in identifying coaches in your recreation, club and/or premier soccer program, as well as coaches from competitor teams in your youth leagues who deserve recognition as the NSCAA Regional or National Coach of the Year. A youth coach can be considered for the Coach of the Year award if the criteria below are met.
Criteria
The candidate:
- Currently coaches at the recreation (in-house), club (travel) and/or premier level (U-20 and younger)
- Is dedicated to the total development of his or her soccer players
- Creates an environment conducive to learning and having fun
- Is a teacher of the game, and
- Is a member of the NSCAA.
To nominate a coach for the NSCAA Girls or Boys Youth Coach of the Year award:
- Download the NSCAA Youth Coach of the Year nomination form.
- Prepare a letter of support for the nomination. In your letter of support, provide information relative to the candidate qualities listed above.
