Women's College Representative

John Daly, the women's coach at the College of William & Mary, was elected College Women's Representative of the NSCAA in January 2008. He currently is the chair of the NSCAA College Women's Coach of the Year committee. The women's coach at William and Mary since 1987, Daly previously served as a chair of the NSCAA College Scholar All-America committee. He also works with US Youth Soccer as the Region I advocate to the National Program for U-15, U-16 and U-17 teams.
Men's College Representative

Mike Jacobs, the men's coach at the University of Evansville, was elected as College Men's Representative to the NSCAA Board of Directors in January 2010. He currently chairs the Glenn "Mooch" Myernick National Assistant Coach of the Year Committee.
A member of the Soccer Journal editorial board, Jacobs is a member of the NCAA Division I National Rankings Committee. Jacobs is also a member of the Youth All-America Committee. He was the inaugural winner of the Glenn "Mooch" Myernick National Assistant Coach of the Year Award in 2004.
