13. Policies

  • NSCAA Convention registrations are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Individuals MUST be 16 years or older to register for the NSCAA Convention.
  • NO refunds available for meal ticket purchases.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to: info@nscaa.com 
    There are no fees for refunds requested on or before Dec. 15, 2013 and will be processed as requested. Refund requests after December 15, 2013 will be processed after the Convention with a $100 processing fee and no refunds will be made on-site. No refund requests will be accepted after Feb. 15, 2014.
  • By registering for the NSCAA Convention, I grant the NSCAA permission to use my likeness in photographs and videos taken during the Convention.  This permission is granted for, but not limited to, all NSCAA promotional material.
  • NSCAA strongly recommends advance purchase of tickets to all meal functions to ensure availability.  A limited number of meal function tickets will be sold at registration.

Student Rate Policy

  • I understand that I must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited university undergraduate program at the time of registration.
  • I understand that I must be 25 years old or younger at the time of registration to receive this discounted rate.
  • I understand that I must present a current Student Identification card at the time I pick up my event credentials on-site and that I must be the only person who picks up my credentials.
  • I hereby certify that the statements and information in this application form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I authorize the National Soccer Coaches Association of America to investigate all statements or other information contained in this application form and any attachments submitted with it, unless I have stated in writing to the contrary.
  • I understand that should I provide any false information, I am subject to losing my event credential and not being allowed to return to the NSCAA Convention the following year.
