NSCAA Academy Refund/Cancellation Policy
Residential Courses
There will be a $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required with all course applications.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NSCAA Education Department. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the course will entitle registrants to a full refund, less the $200 deposit. A late cancellation fee of $200 plus deposit ($200) will be assessed for individuals who cancel within 14 days of the start of the course. Full forfeiture of all fees, including deposit, for candidates who cancel less than one week prior to the start of the course. Candidates admitted to a course who fail to attend will forfeit their entire course tuition.
For any individual who registers as a non-member, membership dues will not be refunded.
Requests for exception to this policy must be made in writing and addressed to the Standing Committee on Education of the NSCAA.
Non-Residential National Courses

Requests for exception to this policy must be made in writing and addressed to the Standing Committee on Education of the NSCAA.
Youth Levels III and IV Diplomas
There will be a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required with all course applications. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NSCAA Education Department. All individuals who cancel within one day of the start of the course will be assessed an additional $10 penalty. Candidates admitted to a course who fail to attend will forfeit their entire course tuition.
For any individual who registers as a non-member, membership dues will not be refunded.

Director of Coaching Diploma
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NSCAA Education Department. There will be a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required with all course applications. This deposit will be considered a late cancellation fee and will be assessed to all individuals who cancel within one day of the start of the course, along with an additional $25 penalty. Candidates admitted to a course who fail to attend will forfeit their entire course tuition.

High School Diploma

Master Coach Diploma
There will be a $250 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required for all candidates accepted into this course. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance due to the financial implications on the course.
