Why do you like teaching NSCAA courses?
The courses are really coach-friendly. The coaches feel a part of the course.

What is your favorite NSCAA course to teach and why?

What is the best thing about the NSCAA Academy?
They make every coach no matter what level feel like they are a part of the courses.

Who are your mentors in the coaching profession?
Scott Allison (Roanoke College), Oliver Weiss (Virginia Tech), Dave Amsler (Richmond Magic) and Richard Butler (Williamsburg Soccer Club)

What advice would you give to young coaches?
Be consistent - don't say you are going to do something and then you don't do it.
