Kendall Reyes
COACHING POSITION:
NSCAA State Director, South Carolina; Executive Director, Soccer Vision Global
Reyes started the USC Upstate (formerly USC Spartanburg) women's soccer program in 2000 and quickly made the program a perennial contender in the Peach Belt Conference and Southeast Region. The program won its 50th match in 2004 and Reyes owned a 65-56-12 record at the University in his first 7 seasons at the NCAA Division II level. In 2007 the program transitioned to NCAA Division I.
Upstate placed three players on the All-Conference team in 2006 and one in 2005. Reyes led USC Upstate to a 12-2-3 record in 2004 and a 6-1-1 mark in the Peach Belt Conference, earning a second straight second-place finish in the league. Five players earned All-Conference honors and two were named All-Region. In 2003, the Spartans claimed second place in the conference behind eventual national champion Kennesaw State.
Reyes led USC Upstate to the 2001 Peach Belt Conference Championship in just the second year of the program's existence with a 15-3-1 record. In total, he has coached 17 All-Conference and six All-Region selections and one All-American since 2000.
Reyes has also served as Head Coach at Newberry College and Assistant Men’s & Women’s coach at his Alma Mater (Francis Marion University).
