Matt Billman is the NSCAA State Director in Western Pennsylvania. He has coached many NSCAA coaching course including the High School Diploma course.

He is the head boys soccer coach at Cumberland Valley High School in Pennsylvania. In 2010, Billman was awarded Class AAA Coach of the Year.
