Terms and Conditions (Club Standards Project)
By clicking submit, you verify that you are an authorized representative of the above mentioned organization (Affiliation/Organization) and I understand efforts will be made by NSCAA to verify my ‘authority’ before the organization can participate in the NSCAA Club Standards Project.
You agree that all information provided to the NSCAA in completing the assessment is accurate and honest. The preliminary assessment is a good faith assessment based on the information you have entered and is not an NSCAA endorsement of the Participant. Once all information is verified, the NSCAA will refer to the organization as an NSCAA Club Standards Project Participant. The Participant will refer to the program and services provide by NSCAA as NSCAA Club Standards Project.
To maintain participation, you understand the organization will display the appropriate NSCAA Club Standards Project logo in a prominent position on the Participant’s website with a link back to NSCAA Club Standards Project landing page (the logo, instructions on placement and the link back url to NSCAA.com will be provided on verification).
NSCAA and Participant each owns or has rights in certain names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property (collectively, "Marks"), and all goodwill associated with or symbolized by their respective Marks. NSCAA hereby grants to organization a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use on the organizations website home page. The participant hereby grants NSCAA a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use its Marks on the NSCAA Club Standards Project landing page.
The Participant further agrees to allow NSCAA to use the following information:
- If applicable, extrapolate good practice and use in any format we see fit (web, written reports, journals, discussion forums etc).
- Use the Participants name and logo in any publicity.
- NSCAA will introduce Participant to the appropriate Commercial Partners providing benefits to the project at the corresponding assessment level. NSCAA does not retain any responsibility for future discussions, correspondence and agreements between Participant and Commercial Partners after the initial introduction. Participant has no obligation to purchase products and services offered by the commercial partners.
