NSCAA Director of Coaching Education, Ian Barker, does a drill in which players pass the ball through a gate and then look for another ball to combine the elements of passing, dribbling, receiving and moving.

    Can Ian provide a diagram? I am not following what the players are doing.

    Don, Please got to Resource Library and look for "Don Smith Passing Activity". The idea is to find a different player to pass to/receive from each time. In the diagram Black passes to Black and White to White. Mix it up with Black to White and visa versa. Mix it up by dribble through the gate then pass. Ian.
