Organization: 2-3 players on each side of the hoop. Pass and move, 1 touch or 2 touches. Hoop size can vary to manage challenge. Make it competitive. Coaching Points: Inside of the foot pass, with non-kicking foot beside the ball, head over the ball. The activity has a technical challenge and an element of fitness and mobility.
