Using Wobble Pillows. Set up a course for players to work on their balance & first touch. Working in groups of 4, a server throws the ball & receiver places one foot on the wobble pillow gaining their balance, they receive the ball and return to server, after that they go & step over 2 Hurdles & go to the second server & complete the same step. Continue this for a set time or a certain amount of repetitions. Eventually players will receive, control & pass all in one motion. Coaching points Balance First touch Concentration Progression Points Work towards smoother motion maintaining balance Work towards two touches with chest or thigh Bottom Line Develops balance, strength and coordination with motion before and after the pass
