The National Soccer Coaches Association of America works to find ways to inspire coaches every day and ignite their passion in the game so that they pass it on to players and others in the soccer community. With this in mind, NSCAA will host an annual Summer Symposium, with the inaugural edition held August 1-3, 2013, at the Orlando World Center.
Event Highlights
- Education focused on the coaches of boys and girls ages 6-18
- Two field and one lecture session for each time slot (60 minutes each)
- 9 hours of lecture and 16 hours of field sessions
- Two 40 x 60 yard fields inside the ballrooms
- Keynote speaker to lead off the Symposium
- Youth clinics during keynote speaker led by NSCAA DOCE and Assistant DOCE (ages 6-10 and 11+)
- Diploma offerings: Youth Level II and Goalkeeper Level I
- Professional Development Certificate offerings: Educators and Director of Coaching
- Awards reception to be held on Saturday afternoon, August 3, 2013
- Winter and Spring awards to be given include All-Americas, Coach Of the Year, Scholar All-Americas, and Rankings
- Event will be held at the beautiful, spacious Orlando World Center
