Convention and Hotel Registration

When and where is it?
The 2013 NSCAA Convention will take place January 16-20 in Indianapolis.

How do I register for Convention?
There are several ways you can register for Convention. The easiest and quickest way would be to register online at nscaa.com/convention/registration. You can also use the registration and housing printable forms at the bottom of that page and then fax or maill them in.

Can I register on-site?
Yes but there will be a fee increase.
Housing and Travel

Is housing included with registration?
No, housing is not included in registration, but by signing up for housing through the NSCAA you will be assured the best rates.

Where to I sign up for housing?
You can book your room here, using code NSCATT0113IND for the Convention code.

Where are the hotels located?
The NSCAA Convention hotel block is located within walking distance to the Convention Center. For a map of the block of hotels click here. If you have a room in one of the NSCAA Convention Hotels, you can access both the Convention and hotels via skyway.

Is there transportation available to/from the hotel from the Convention site?
All of the hotel accommodations through the NSCAA are attached to the Convention Center. There are skywalks from your hotel to the Convention Center for your convenience.

What are Education Experience Tracks?
This year, Convention sessions are broken down into Education Experience Tracks that allow attendees to customize and print a schedule specific to the level they coach.

Do I have to attend meal functions?
No this is your choice to attend, but with registration you will have access to either the Awards Banquet or the US Youth Soccer Gala.

When is the All-America banquet?
The All-America banquet is Saturday, Jan. 19, noon-3 p.m.

How do I register for the All-America banquet?
When you register for the Convention, you have an option to attend the All America Banquet.
Diplomas

What diploma offerings are available at Convention?
Attendees still have the opportunity to receive the Level 2, Goalkeeping Level 1, and USSF A License CEUs.
Dress Code

What is the dress code for the Convention?
Dress code for convention is business casual (i.e. polo and khakis). Awards banquets are business attire.

I'm not from the Indy area. What is the weather like during this time of year?
It will be fairly cold in Indy during this time. If you are staying in one of the NSCAA hotels, access to the Convention is all indoors. It is recommended that you bring winter clothes if you plan on traveling outside of the Convention Center area.
