EXOS Soccer Performance Training Mentorship
The National Soccer Coaches Association of America and EXOS (formerly Athletes' Performance) have partnered to provide coaches attending the 2014 Summer Symposium a way to add an additional education opportunity to the weekend.
Training Systems for Soccer: A Focus on Improving Performance & Decreasing Injury Potential
This program will give you the tools to implement 5-20 minute blocks of purposeful and meaningful training. It will include simple upgrades that EXOS uses with the USMNT, German National Team, LA Galaxy, Chivas USA, Portland Timbers, and its thousands of other athletes. The focus will be on the Pillar –Tunk,Hip, & Torso. Key areas of break down and areas that will lead to improved speed, change of direction, and endurance.
Eric Dannenberg is the Performance Manager at EXOS in Phoenix. He is a performance specialist that has traveled the world educating others. As a performance specialist, he has worked with the USMNT for training camps, consulted with MLS teams, and helped countless other athletes overcome injury and or achieve their performance goals throughout his 8+ years with EXOS.
Course Location: 2014 NSCAA Summer Symposium at Lake Buena Vista Palace in Orlando
Course Date/Time: Saturday, Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Course Cost: $75 as an add-on to the Summer Symposium Registration or $250 for those coaches wanting to attend just the Soccer Performance Training Mentorship.
