    Trainig Session Planning

    Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a program that enables me to create my own training session plans. I have been able to pick up many great drills along the way and would like to be able to incorporate them into a training session and then mix and match them at will. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
If it comes with an iPhone app that would be a bonus.

I'm not aware of any computer programs.

I used to have color coded index cards with all the drills/activities/games I picked up over the years. I had colors for warm-up, passing, receiving, finishing, defending, 1v1, etc. If I needed them, I picked up the 5-6 cards I wanted and put them on a key ring for easy reference.
