    Off Season Conditioning

    I just finished my first year as head coach of a girls high school program. Fitness is a major issue. Do any of you provide an off season conditioning/fitness program to your players? Coming into this past season, I had the girls alternate sprint work with some distance. This season, I want to give them something written. Any ideas?
