Newcomer from the southbay

Hey Guys,

My name is Diego Espinoza, i'm 22 from I'm from San Diego splitting time between Mesa College and SDSU and I'm a Parks and Recreation junkie since I started working with them when I was 17. I'm currently in charge of a community center In Imperial Beach, CA for a pretty awesome Non- Profit (PSCDC) and I've started a new soccer venture with them. Before this I was in charge of the youth soccer program for National City parks and rec and I formed and managed the local futsal league. I'm trying to replicate that success here and hopefully later on run an academy in my childhood community (National City, CA). Any advice on running academies or developing leagues would be vastly appreciated

And For the record I am a Bayern Munchen fan, I've played CB or holding mid my whole life but unfortunately I haven't been able to stay off the injured list for a couple of years.
