Diversity Committees

The mission of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America is to develop and to deliver educational programming and events that inspire members to improve and to enhance their involvement in soccer. The NSCAA will activate a network of coaches, and others, involved in the sport who will take responsibility for advancing soccer in the greater community. With our mission in mind, the NSCAA has developed four unique diversity committees to celebrate and recognize the work done by coaches with varying backgrounds and to help grow participation rates for coaches within these specific groups.

Women's Committee

The Women's Committee was established in 1991 to be a powerful voice in the NSCAA, to promote the women's game and to represent all levels of women in coaching - from youth to the national level. The committee is dedicated to all coaches of women's soccer through recognition, education, leadership, communication and cooperation with other organization.
