Step by Step Joining Process:

1. Review the Benefits of Member Club
2. Choose a package or consider customizable options for your club (only available to Silver, Gold, Platinum Levels)
3. Contact the National Office to consult with a Club Representative or click here to be contacted
4. Choose the level you wish to join (General, Silver, Gold or Platinum)
5. Send in your Application, Fee Payment and Membership Roster (if joining coaches up front)
