NSCAA offers many ways for coaches to achieve these goals through high school-specific education, individual and team recognition and more. In addition to the standard individual membership, NSCAA offers a membership program for clubs. Youth soccer clubs are now invited to join the NSCAA Member Club Program, an opportunity for clubs to partner with NSCAA and offer discounts and education to all of their coaches.

Girls Youth Representative

Eric Teepe was elected to the Girls Youth Representative position at the 2011 NSCAA Convention in Baltimore. An NSCAA member since 1998, he resides in Northport, N.Y. He is the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association's South U-14 girls coach and the U-15 girls Region I ODP head coach. He also coaches for Northport Soccer Club and formerly was the women's coach at Iona College, where he was the MAAC conference college representative.
Boys Youth Representative
Kevin Denson, Boys Youth Representative

Kevin Denson of Virginia Beach, Va., was elected as Boys Youth Representative to the NSCAA Board of Directors in January 2010. A 26-year NSCAA member, Denson currently is a U-17 boys travel coach after spending 22 years as the boys head coach at Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, Va., where his teams won 300 games. He also had six players named NSCAA All-America.
The 1997 NSCAA Boys High School Division I National Coach of the Year, Denson served as national chair of the Boys Spring High School Rankings committee for 10 years. He also was the NSCAA Virginia state High School Boys Coach of the Year and All-America chairs for 15 years.
