NSCAA Dues to Increase for 2007-08

The NSCAA Executive Committee has approved an increase in membership dues effective with the 2007-08 fiscal year. Annual dues will increase $10 for both domestic and international membership categories. This is the first dues increase for the organization since 2001-02.
“It is necessary for the NSCAA to implement a small dues increase at this time to ensure that we are able to continue to provide quality benefits and services for the membership while maintaining a strong fiscal responsibility for the organization, said NSCAA President Steve Malone. “Our research indicates that the NSCAA still ranks among the lowest annual dues of other coaching and sports organizations in the United States.”
The Association is moving forward this summer with a new five-year strategic plan that includes several new initiatives designed to make the NSCAA the leading organization in the world dedicated to serving the needs of soccer coaches. Coaching education will remain the core focus, helping its members excel, advancing the profession and thereby improving players.
“We have to keep sound financial pace as we embark on new projects and initiatives while the cost of things like postage, printing, insurance and other basic services rises,” Malone said. “The NSCAA Board of Directors and National Office Staff are committed to providing the best coaching education, Convention and member benefits and services.”

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
