In July 2006, the Board of Directors embarked upon creating a new strategic plan for the NSCAA. This process was a year-long endeavor involving more than 100 NSCAA members who provided valuable input to formulate a plan that would guide the NSCAA through 2012. At the July 2007 Board of Directors Meeting, the plan was approved for implementation.

The NSCAA Board of Directors extends its gratitude to Warren Mersereau and Mick Hoban of Soccer Solutions, Inc., for facilitating this process and for providing us with the necessary tools to identify the needs of the organization.
In a message to the Board of Directors, Mersereau tells us that “The important thing is for you (the NSCAA) to focus on using what you gained from the strategic planning process, including the plan itself and the measures of accountability built into the plan, to make a difference for the NSCAA moving forward. It is time to shift your attention to implementation and ongoing evaluation of the strategic planning elements that have been approved. The dynamic process continues. The ‘strategic journey’ itself and the responsibility to manage the journey are before you. Embrace and enjoy the challenges!”

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
