Noyola Leads 2007 High School Girls Scholar All-America Team

Teresa Noyola, a senior midfielder from Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, Calif., has been named the 2007 NSCAA/adidas Girls High School Scholar Athlete of the Year, leading the 35 players named to the NSCAA/adidas Girls High School Scholar All-America Team.
Noyola is the eighth player to receive the award and the first from California since the initial recipient in 2000. She also has been named the NSCAA/adidas High School National Player of the Year. That completes her collection of NSCAA awards after she was named the Youth Player of the Year in 2006, making her the first athlete to claim all three awards. A veteran of international play who is part of the U-20 National Team pool, she was part of the squad that claimed the silver medal against the full team of host Brazil at the 2007 Pan American Games last summer. She scored four goals in that tournament, second only to MAC Hermann Trophy finalist Lauren Cheney, who plays for UCLA. After only eight matches of her senior season, she has 11 goals and five assists, including three multiple-goal matches.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
