The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), the largest coaches association in the world, and the MSSL, the leading event producer of soccer college showcase tournaments on the East Coast, are proud to announce a joint venture: the NSCAA/MSSL College Showcase.
In 2009, the NSCAA/MSSL College Showcase will be held on the weekend of August 1-2. Boys teams will play at Fort Dix, N.J., while girls teams at Cross Farms Park in Holmdel, N.J.
Through the partnership, NSCAA and MSSL expect to bring the best college-bound players from across the country to a venue convenient to hundreds of college coaches.
“The NSCAA/MSSL College Showcase is only the beginning,” said NSCAA President Randy Waldrum, the women’s coach at the University of Notre Dame, “We look forward to developing a long-standing association with the MSSL. They have created many opportunities for many young players.”
The MSSL produces a college showcase series that provides exceptional players from teams of all levels of play an opportunity to be noticed by college coaches. In 2008 more than 800 college coaches filled their rosters from an MSSL event.
Since its founding in 1941, the NSCAA has grown to include more than 28,000 members who coach both genders at all levels of soccer. In addition to a national rankings program for colleges and high schools, NSCAA offers an extensive recognition program that presents nearly 10,000 individual awards every year. It fulfills its mission of coaching education through a nationwide program of clinics and weeklong courses, teaching more than 5,000 soccer coaches each year.
Applications and showcase information are on the MSSL website at www.socceragency.net/maps/2009/0908/showcase.htm

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
