Mollie Pathman (Durham Academy/Durham, N.C) was named the 2009 NSCAA/adidas Girls High School Scholar Athlete of the Year and three schools each placed multiple players on the 2009 NSCAA/adidas Girls High School Scholar All-America Team.
A forward, Pathman is a four-time NSCAA/adidas All-Region selection who received All-America honors in addition to her Scholar All-America recognition. The 2009 North Carolina Player of the Year, she maintains a 5.08 weighted grade point average and currently is enrolled in five advanced placement classes. She was joined on the Scholar All-America team by Durham Academy teammate Kelsey Zalimeni.
Whitewater High School in Fayetteville, Ga., placed three players on the squad: defenders Morganne Grimes and Jewelia Strickland and forward Erin Emerson. Leonardtown (Md.) High School also had two players named to the team: defender Taelar Errington and forward Johanna Rambo.
The NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-America selections were recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, held in Philadelphia, Pa., on Jan. 16 as part of the 2010 NSCAA Convention.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
