Andrew Souders (Crew Academy/Amherst, Ohio) was named the 2010 NSCAA/People to People Boys Youth Player of the Year and eight others earned repeat honors with the announcement of the 2010 NSCAA/People to People Boys Youth All-America Team.
Earlier this month Souders came up big for the United States U-17 team, clearing balls off the line twice to preserve a win over Korea and a scoreless draw with Brazil. He is in his second year as a member of the U.S. Soccer Residency Program in Bradenton, Fla. A total of 17 players in that program were among the 40 selected as All-Americas this year.
Michael Ambrose (FC Dallas/Frisco, Texas), Keith Cardona (Red Bulls Academy/Glen Rock, N.J.), Sean Davis (Red Bulls Academy/Holmdel, N.J.), Boyd Okwuonu (FC Dallas/Edmond, Okla.), Nick Palodichuk (Washington Premier/Battleground, Wash.), Alex Shinsky (Super Nova FC/York, Pa.), William Trapp (Crew Academy/Gahanna, Ohio) and Eriq Zavaleta (FC Pride/Westfield, Ind.) earned recognition for the second consecutive year.
The players will be honored at the annual All-America Luncheon, to be held at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel on Saturday, Jan. 15, as part of the 2011 NSCAA Convention.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
