The NSCAA is pleased to announce the 2011 NSCAA/Women’s World Cup Tour and Special Topics Course, to be held in Germany June 27-July 8. This 11-day tour will include all three opening round matches involving the U.S. Women’s National Team as well as a fourth match between Germany and France. Also included are coaching education sessions, meals, lodging and transportation while in Germany. Download the complete tour itinerary.
Nancy Feldman, the women’s coach at Boston University and an NSCAA National Staff coach, will lead the education sessions. Feldman was presented the NSCAA Mike Berticelli Excellence in Coaching Education Award at the 2011 Convention in Baltimore.
Topics will include such areas as match analysis; the structures and strategies of the Deutsche Fussball Bund (DFB), Germany national governing body; and a comparison of the German and U.S. female player development approaches. Sessions will be conducted by a combination of both DFB and NSCAA staff. Two additional NSCAA staff members will be announced in the near future. Cost of the trip is $2,750, with candidates responsible for their own air travel to and from Germany.
Joining Feldman in the instructional portion of the tour is Randy Waldrum, the women's coach of reigning NCAA Division I national champion University of Notre Dame. A member of the NSCAA Academy staff, Waldrum has led the Irish to two national titles. Hennef Sports Center, the new DFB Pro-License Academy (Fussballlehrer), will serve as the base camp during the stay in Germany. The schedule also will include overnight stays in Dresden and Wolfsburg following the U.S. matches.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
