All-America Nomination Deadline Extended Until Nov. 18

In that we realize that some have experienced difficulties with the Awards process, this letter is to provide an update re. the All-America nomination and voting process which is currently underway on NSCAA.com.
We are adjusting the timeline for the All-America nomination process, and are breaking the schedule and player nomination process into distinct steps. This will provide more time to submit schedule changes and nominate players for All-America.
Please carefully review the following details for the adjusted timeline and procedures for the voting process, which closes on November 25.
The main issue we are encountering is associated with the inclusion of the College Scoreboard into the nomination process. In past years, coaches were required to enter in their schedule as the first step. This year, we worked with TopDrawerSoccer.com to include the data in the schedules. However, for some schools, the data was not updated during the year, thus causing an inaccurate schedule and the need to submit schedule corrections.
The revised timeline is as follows:
Step 1: Verify and Submit Schedule Changes
Open: Immediately
Close: 11:59 pm, ET, Monday, Nov. 14, 2011
To participate in the Awards process it is important that you follow the detailed steps specifically.
1. Go to NSCAA.com and click on the RED “MY NSCAA” tab on the right-hand side of the home page.
2. Click the drop-down arrow that appears next to the "My Personal Account" title in the blue window and select “My College Services Account”.
3. Enter your College Services ID number (ending with a lower case w for women, and a lower case m for men), as both your User ID and Password and then Sign In.
4. On the next page, click the “My Voting” tab to begin the nomination process 5. Click on the button that says Nominate! In front of College All-America
You will then see your schedule in Step 2. If you have any changes to the schedule, please click on the link below the schedule, which says "…click here to enter your corrections." You will be taken to the corrections page where you can make any necessary changes.
Important notes with regards to schedules:
• Your schedule should only contain regular season games and not include pre-season or post-season games.
• We are working on finalizing changes made before today. Please do not submit a new request if you have already done so. We are importing the changes as quickly as possible.
• During this process you may also nominate your players and enter in their information. However, you will not be able to choose the games they missed if you submit a schedule request change.
• Once you submit corrections we receive notification in the office and will verify the changes and update on the site.
• Please update your schedule on MY NSCAA and not via TopDrawerSoccer.com.
Step 2: Confirm Correct Schedule and Nominate Players
Open: Midnight ET, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011
Close: 11:59 pm ET, Friday, Nov. 18, 2011
After we have received all of the schedule corrections and uploaded them into the system, please log back into MYNSCAA and check that your schedule is finalized and accurate. You will then be able to select if any of your nominated players missed games during the course of the regular season. Also, you may submit any last minute schedule changes and verify that all of your player information is entered and is fully complete.
Step 3: Voting Process
Open: Midnight ET, Monday, Nov. 21, 2011
Close: 11:59 pm, ET Friday, Nov. 25, 2011
In the final process, please sign in to MYNSCAA and select players for All-Region honors through the procedure listed in Step 1. You will be able to choose from players who are nominated on teams that you faced during the regular season.
We appreciate your patience and feedback as we work through the implementation and we thank you for your participation in this important NSCAA Awards process that recognizes performance and draws national attention to intercollegiate soccer and to our Association.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
