Fort Lewis, Rockhurst Place Five Each on NCAA Division II All-America Team

NCAA champion Fort Lewis College and Rockhurst University each placed five players on the 2011 NSCAA/Continental Tires NCAA Men's Division II All-America Team.
Four of Fort Lewis' selection earned first team honors, including two-time All-America Fabian King (Augsburg, Germany). Six other players were repeat selections: Tesho Akindele (Colorado School of Mines/Thornton, Colo.), Chance Bukoski (Hawaii Pacific/Kappa, Hawaii), Ferid Celosmanovic (Chico State/Brcko, Bosnia), Tom Reilly (Franklin Pierce/Wallasey, England), Spence Ryan (Midwestern State/Decatur, Texas), and Diego Tabares (Franklin Pierce/Seekonk, Mass.).
The 36 athletes will be recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, to be held in the Kansas City Convention Center's Grand Ballroom on Saturday, Jan. 14, in conjunction with the 2012 NSCAA Convention in Kansas City, Mo.

Good idea to acknowledge UEFA right at the conclusion of the club season. If the Euros have the drama of this year's UCL it should be a great month of international soccer in June.
