Richie Closes Career with Fourth NCCAA Women's Division II All-America Selection

Senior midfielder Sandy Richie (Baptist Bible College/Lexington, Mass.) completed a career sweep, earning her fourth selection with the announcement of the 2011 NSCAA/Continental Tires NCCAA Women's Division II All-America Team.
Richie's teammate, junior forward Erin Law (Londonderry, N.H.), received honors for the third time in as many seasons, while senior defender Carly Harper (Ocean City, N.J.) gave Baptist Bible the lion's share of the positions on the squad. Brighid O'Toole (Manhattan Christian College/Parkville, Mo.) earned her third selection asl well, while Manhattan Christian was joined by Lancaster Bible College and Point University with two players each on the team.
The 14 athletes will be recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, to be held in the Kansas City Convention Center's Grand Ballroom on Saturday, Jan. 14, in conjunction with the 2012 NSCAA Convention in Kansas City, Mo.

Good idea to acknowledge UEFA right at the conclusion of the club season. If the Euros have the drama of this year's UCL it should be a great month of international soccer in June.
