Nothing about this website surprises me anymore. It is simply awesome. Being an NSCAA member has never been worth more.
The National Soccer Coaches Association of America is pleased to announce the launch of an Online Resource Library exclusive to NSCAA member coaches as a benefit of membership. The Resource Library is the latest enhancement provided as part of the continued efforts of the NSCAA to increase the value of membership and become the online resource of choice for soccer coaches. Whether you’re looking for theory-based articles or training plans and exercises, the Resource Library is your place to start. NSCAA is dedicated to helping its members succeed; the Resource Library is just one more valuable information-sharing service NSCAA offers.
Any member can easily access the Resource Library and submit relevant content, which can be categorized and shared with thousands of other coaches in the NSCAA community. While the primary purpose of the Resource Library is for members to share documents, we have already stocked the library with resources from NSCAA and NSCAA Coaching Academy staff, third party-submitted articles and practice plans, past Soccer Journal articles and other articles related to both on and off-field coaching issues.
We encourage members to check back often for new content as we expect to continue to add hundreds of new plans & exercises on a broad range of topics over the next several months. For members who wish to participate, content may be uploaded via the upload link in the upper right hand corner of the Resource Library or emailed directly to info@nscaa.com and we will upload the content for you. Is there a topic you'd like to learn more about? Send your suggestions to info@nscaa.com.
A special thanks to Chris Clements and Patrick O’Brien for helping us upload the initial content into the Resource Library. We also want to recognize Academy Soccer Coach for their partnership, which has provided NSCAA with access to their software for session creation and custom-branded templates for NSCAA Coaching Academy staff to use in order to create brand new content for the Resource Library. NSCAA and Academy Soccer Coach are hard at work in developing an expanded partnership that will give NSCAA members exclusive access to the Academy Staff Coach software and coaching templates. Instructions on how to access the Resource Library:
To access the NSCAA Resource Library simply click “myNSCAA” on the main tool bar and then click on “Resource Library” in your Dashboard. The Resource Library can also be found on the secondary tool bar on all Education pages. Both members and non-members can browse the available articles, but only members can access the content and upload new content.
Browse the Resource Library:
The right hand side of the Resource Library has a listing of content categories. Clicking on a category will bring up all of the articles, plans and training sessions in the Resource Library that have been identified as being in that Category. Some of the categories are further categorized into sub-categories. For example, the “Technical” Category under “Plans & Exercises” has been further broken down by plans and exercises related to Dribbling, Long Passing, Passing and Checking, Receiving, Shooting, Tackling and Transition.
Search Library Archives:
You can search the Resource Library by any word or words occurring in the document title and/or document summary. Simply type in the key word of the content you would like to learn more about and click “Find.”
Find Content by Age Group:
The full Resource Library can be filtered by age group or you can filter only those content pieces in a specific category. For example, if you are looking for tactical plans & Exercises for U11-U14 athletes, simply select “Plans & Exercises” under the “Tactical” heading on the right hand side of the Resource Library and then select “U11-U-14” from the “Age Group” drop down menu underneath the Online Resource Library heading.
Ratings
Content in the Resource Library can be rated by clicking on the applicable number of stars next to the content title. Rating is based on a five star system and total overall rating is an average of all user ratings. Assist other members in finding the best content available by rating the content that you access. From the “Sort By” option underneath the Online Resource Library heading, you can sort the content by rating, so that the highest rated content as determined by your coaching colleagues appears at the top of your search.
Additional Assistance:
If you need any additional assistance on how to use the NSCAA Resource Library, or if you have a document that you would like to add to the library, please contact Chris Burt at cburt@nscaa.com.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
