A combined 14 points and a hat trick are some highlights from Ohio State senior Tiffany Cameron and Wake Forest sophomore Sean Okoli, who have each been named Disney Soccer/NSCAA Player of the Week.
Cameron, a forward from Mississauga, Ontario, tallied eight points on four goals in the No. 25 Buckeyes’ wins over No. 17 Michigan and Michigan State. In competition last week, she posted her eighth game-winning goal and now owns the program’s single-season record in goals (16).
She leads the Ohio State squad with 35 points on 16 goals and three assists.
Okoli currently leads the team with 17 points on a team-leading eight goals and an assist. Last week, the Federal Way, Wash., native posted his first career hat trick in the No. 13 Demon Deacons’ 3-1 win over league opponent NC State.
The hat trick was the sixth by an ACC player and second by a Wake Forest player this season.
The Disney Soccer/NSCAA National Player of the Week is announced every Wednesday. One male and one female player is selected by a committee from nominations submitted by NCAA Division I conferences.
Winners will also be recognized each week during NSCAA College Game of the Week broadcasts on FOX Soccer.
This week’s other women’s finalists include senior forward Dana Larsen (Baylor), sophomore midfielder Darby Dustman (Lehigh) and sophomore forward Hannah Wilkinson (Tennessee).
The other men’s finalists were senior midfielder Sean de Silva (College of Charleston), junior defender Andrew Farrell (Louisville) and sophomore forward Giuseppe Gentile (Charlotte).

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
