Two midfielders highlighted as NSCAA Players of the Week

Rachel Terry and Jason Mayorga have been announced as NSCAA High School Players of the Week.
Terry, a senior midfielder from Vestal Senior High School (Vestal, N.Y.) leads her team in scoring with ten goals in the first nine games. The Golden Bears, coached by Bill Stepanovsky, are 9-0 so far this season and has only allowed one goal.
Terry is a co-captain and a three-year varsity player.
Mayorga had a standout week, leading the James Hubert Blake High (Silver Spring, Md.) boys' team to two shutouts. He played a role in the team's wins against Sherwood High and Gaithersburg High, even assisting on a goal by teammate and former High School Player of the Week winner Tanner Giles-Tucker.
Mayorga's skills have been noticed internationally, as he been to called up for the El Slavador youth national program. Mayorga and Bengals are coached by David Edlow.
The NSCAA High School Player of the Week program is designed to highlight the future stars of the game. Anyone can nominate a player, however only players whose coach is a current NSCAA member are eligible for selection. Honorees will be announced on Wednesdays.

The next submission deadline is Monday, Oct.15, followed by the Oct. 17 announcement.
This week's other girls' nominees included Mary Ruth Lacastro of St. Agnes Academy (Tenn.), Alex Hutt of Cleveland HS (Tenn.), Kennedy Williams of Marion HS (Ind.) and Kylie Tritt of Mayfield HS (Ohio).
The other boys' nominees included Eric Ramirez of Vincennes HS (Ind.), Markus Ernest of Alfred Almond Central HS (N.Y.), Matthew Edwards of Wayland HS (Mass.), James Langellotti of North Salem HS (N.Y.), Robbie Mueller of Osage HS (Mo.) and Jeff Tyron of Montville HS (Conn.).

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
