This looks like the All Club team. What no High School players? Or arel all kids who decided to actually play for their school and eschew the ridiculous 10 month plan not eligible?
Eighty-Four Young Athletes Named 2012 NSCAA Youth Boys and Girls All-America Teams

Forty-three boys and 41 girls are being recognized as the cream of the crop as the NSCAA announces its 2012 Boys and Girls All-America Teams.
A total of 21 players have earned their second or third NSCAA All-America honor, as four boys and 17 girls tallying an additional award.
On the boys' team, Cal Odyssey's Nathan Smith (Clovis, N.M.) has earned his third All-America nod. On the girls' side, Morgan Andrews (Milford, N.H.) of FC Stars of Massachusetts has also tallied her third such award.
Student athletes named All-America at any level (college, high school, youth) will be recognized Saturday, Jan. 19 at the annual All-America Luncheon, held in conjunction with the 2013 NSCAA Convention in Indianapolis.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
