5. Bainbridge Island FC - U8 Academy Curriculum
An eight-week program curriculum for U-7 and U-8 players. BIFC's U-8 program train on a Monday and play games on a Wednesday. Two teams train together to allow young coaches to support each other. Our goal is to develop the age group and not teams, while developing the coaches. The Wednesday games has teams split onto two fields playing 3 v. 3 or 4 v. 4 on each field. I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
