For many females, playing soccer for the rest of our lives and at the highest level was the dream. That dream eventually turned into the realization that we couldn't continue after college. So what happens after college?
Enter the coaching profession.
The following three ladies have established themselves as young, successful female coaches. They have several things in common other than soccer. Meet some of the people LEARN-ing how to PARTICIPATE in soccer and wanting others to BELONG to something that inspired them at a young age.

Help others be inspired and apply for the newest addition to the NSCAA. The 30-Under-30 Program is looking for young coaches who want to lead the way in developing soccer players and enhancing the game.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
