The NSCAA Course Experience Through a Candidate's Eyes
Posted on Jul 19, 2013 in Education 0 Comments
The NSCAA loves hearing about a candidate's experience at our courses, events or any interaction with us. This feedback comes in many forms, from letters and emails, to tweets and face-to-face interaction.
The following is an email we were allowed to share from a candidate who took a course in July 2013.
Paul, Dave Janet, Paul, Ryan and Ian,
I wanted to say "thank you" for what was one of the greatest learning experience I have ever taken part in. I hoped I expressed that during the whole duration course but just in case it was not clear I really wanted to say it again. THANK YOU.
This was my first ever experience with the NSCAA and it will certainly not be my last.
I thought the whole approach that you guys and the NSCAA have taken towards teaching and improving coaches was outstanding and a breath of fresh air in the soccer world.
Additionally though not only did I learn so much I also met some great people, personally I played IMHO some decent soccer (for being 46) and finally had a blast.
I do have one minor complaint, however. Apparently I gained 8 pounds (honestly after all that running about I really have) according to my scale late last night. So please could we have less tasty food in the future ;-).
I cannot say enough good things about you guys and your organization and I promise to spread the word.
Keep up the fantastic work.
Your friend in soccer,
Shaun N. from Md.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
