Over the years, the NSCAA Convention has been described as the “World’s Largest Annual Gathering of Soccer Coaches.” Attendees from all over are not only coaches, but the Convention also brings together administrators, referees, business leaders, players and fans within the soccer community.
It is a celebration of a year of accomplishments, new developments, professional growth, and friendships, embraced into this year’s theme, “Soccer’s Biggest Party.”
Online registration and housing is now open for the 2014 installment of the NSCAA Convention, held January 15-19 in Philadelphia.
The NSCAA’s goal year in and year out is to provide an educational experience unlike any other for Convention attendees and the goal remains the same this year. High-level clinicians are scheduled to present this year, including Emma Hayes, Dick Bate, Jerry Smith, Miguel Cardoso, among others.
Coaches also have the opportunity to earn diplomas, college credits and certificates at Convention and those options include:
- NSCAA Level 2 Diploma
- NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma
- NSCAA Special Topics Diploma: Mental/Physical Player Development
- NSCAA Special Topics Diploma: Soccer Management and Development
- NSCAA Special Topics Diploma: Club Development
High school coaches have the option to earn the NFHS/NSCAA Professional Development Certificate by attending specific sessions on the schedule. Additional details about the diploma and certificates offered at Convention can be found at the Convention Resources page.

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
