5. Directional First Touch: NSCAA Technical Training Series by Kwik Goal (Video)
The session in the video aims to keep head still and get in to the line of flight of the ball. Identify a surface to control the ball on, foot, thigh, chest, head. Either take the ball away with the first touch, sweeping it or playing it out to a 90-degree angle. Or, take a close control touch and immediately carry the ball away at an angle. Watch in Library

I wish someone uploaded a legible copy of the Bob Gansler & Tony DiCiccio presentations at The Orlando event. I was there, it was awesome, and now I can't read my diagram/notes as to how the ball/players move!
