Do you want to learn more about the aspects of keeping your body fit and well so that you can maximize your potential and enjoyment of the game?

“Fitness for Football Level 1” is a great introduction to the fitness practices required to get the most out of all players at all levels of the game.

Working alongside a coach and fitness expert, you are guided through the online course to ensure you maximize your learning and understanding to help you when back out on the pitch.

Key aspects covered in the course include:

  • The key elements of fitness
  • How to be a healthier player
  • What foods you should eat and when
  • How to stretch properly before a game
  • How to warm up and cool down

    Whether you’re a coach or player, knowledge of how to get fit and stay fit will increase a player’s impact on the game from the first until the last minute.

    The course is packed full of interactive tests and video clips. Each module ends with a penalty shootout that tests your knowledge and learning.

  • Learn online at your own pace and in your own time
  • Six months access to the online course from the date of enrollment
  • Three months access to discussion forums to share ideas with fellow students

    In order to complete the course, we anticipate most learners will require 12-15 hours of study time, but to ensure learners can take the course in their own time and at their own pace everyone is given six months 24/7 access.
