First NSCAA/adidas All-America Team for NCCAA Announced
Newest team to the NSCAA awards programs recognize outstanding players at Christian colleges
For the first time, the National Soccer Coaches Association of America has included All-America recognition for schools that compete in the National Christian College Athletic Association. The NSCAA/adidas NCCAA All-America Teams include teams in both divisions for men and the women's division.

Highlighting the men's Division I team are senior defender Damian Francis of Judson College, which claimed this year's national championship, and Joe Phiri, a senior forward from Union University in Tennessee. In men's Division II, national champion Northland Baptist Bible College was represented by junior midfielder John Scott. In women's play, national champion Malone College placed two players on the team: sophomore goalkeeper Laurie Franklin and freshman forward Julie Herbst.

The NSCAA/adidas All-America teams are determined through voting by NSCAA member coaches from across the nation. A complete list of the teams follows.
