| Paul Payne |
Paul Payne, the men's coach at Bloomsburg (Pa.) University, serves as the NSCAA's Vice President of Education. He previously served three years as the College Men's Representative on the NSCAA Board.
A member of the NSCAA Senior National Coaching Academy Staff, Payne also serves as NSCAA Region II Technical Director. He is member of the NCAA Division II men's soccer committee and chairs the Northeast Region.
In seven seasons at Bloomsburg, Payne has won 55 games and his overall winning percentage is second-best in Bloomsburg men's soccer history.
