Tim Holt, President of United Soccer Leagues (USL), is the Professional Men's Representative on the NSCAA Board.

Holt served on the US Soccer Federation (USSF) Board of Directors from 2003-06 and has been co-chair of the Lamar Hunt USSF Open Cup Committee the past two years after previously serving on the USSF Disciplinary Committee. In 2006, Holt was named one of Soccer America's "Rising Stars," recognizing the top American soccer executives under the age of 35.

Prior to joining USL, Holt was facility manager for Soccer Zone in Lansing, Mich. where he was responsible for the operation of a multi-million dollar indoor sports complex. A product of the FC DELCO youth club in suburban Philadelphia, he also served as its Director of Tournaments in 1995 and 1996, organizing and operating a 200-plus team national youth soccer tournament.

Holt graduated with distinction from Penn State University in 1994 with a BS in Management. He went on to earn his Master's in Sport Administration from Florida State University in 1998 while serving as the coordinator for the International Soccer School at Florida State. He also worked in the academic support branch of the Seminoles' athletic department.

A native of suburban Philadelphia, Pa., Holt is a member of the Radnor (Pa.) High School Soccer Hall of Fame and still ranks among the school's all-time leading scorers. He has coached at both the elite youth club and scholastic levels.
